In 2025, Cyfarthfa Castle celebrated its bicentenary. The logo spells both '200' and '2CC', the 'CC' standing for Cyfarthfa Castle / Castell Cyfarthfa. Taken as a whole the logo also looks like the dragon shape on the Welsh flag. The 'CC'/ '00' intertwine to look like an infinity symbol - referencing both past and present for this place of national importance. The 'CC/00' shape also draws inspiration from one of the castle turrets and the circle motif is used throughout the brand elements.
